What is the returns policy?
You may return any UNOPENED delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery. You must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of delivery. For Baby Buggies please refer to our - Baby Buggy (Baby Boom) 100% No Quibble Money Back Guarantee detailed below.
If you are returning any UNOPENED product(s) for any reason, you must pay the costs of returning the products to us or our suppliers; a re-stocking fee of £25; any credit card charges due, at the rate of 2.8% of the total value of the order. On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we will deduct this from the refund in addition to the re-stocking fee of £25 and credit card charge of 2.8% of the original order.
If a product arrives in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note, where possible, and inform us within 7 working days of the delivery.
We will not accept returns if the products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Every effort must be taken to ensure that the return product (s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.

Buying a Baby Buggy can be stressful and we want you the customer to be 100% comfortable buying from us. We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction and for our BABY BOOM buggies we offer a 10 Day 100% No Quibble Money Back Guarantee. Just send to us any UNUSED BABY BOOM BUGGY within 10 DAYS OF ORDERING and will gladly refund your money (we appreciate you need to open the buggy to expect it - all we ask is you do not use the buggy and repack the buggy back into its original packaging so that it can be re-sold as new).
We can arrange for your buggy to be collected for £20 which will be deducted from your refund. For baby buggies we will not charge any credit card charges or any re-stocking fees. WE CANNOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES.
If you decided to arrange your own delivery, we recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. All cancelled orders will be refunded less any credit card charges at a rate of 2.8% of the total value of the order.
Products that have been dispatched we are unable to cancel and will be subject to the returns policy stated above.
Product Warranty
Under your warranty you may return the buggy to us at your cost for us to inspect. If we deem that the fault is covered under the manufacturers warranty we will arrange for the manufacturer to make the necessary repairs and return your buggy to you. The manufacturer will normally turn around a warranty claim within 7-14 working days. Please refer to each individual product for warranty period.
Prior to returning your goods under your warranty you will need to contact us to arrange for a Warranty Returns Code (“WRC”) to be issued so you can track your warranty claim.
Your goods should be securely packaged with the WRC Code marked on the outside of the box. We can arrange for our courier UK Mail (business post) to collect your buggy for £20 if you do not have your own courier.
Once we have received your return item we will expect it and notify you as to a likely date when your buggy will be returned you; typically with 14 working days.
This guarantee/warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge* (*shipping charges must be covered by the customer). Please refer to each individual product for warranty period.
In return, please note the following terms and conditions.
· The guarantee is available for all products purchased from iliketosell ltd.
· The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only when accompanied with the original receipt
· This guarantee is non transferable
· The guarantee applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses – i.e. time or other products
· The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only under normal domestic use in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
· The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturers control, including failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use such as a single buggy being used for two children or the use of any make of toddler board, accidental wilful and or misuse of the product, inappropriate storage methods and or inappropriate cleaning, modification, alteration, transformation of the product.
· The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, pneumatic tyres, signs of fabric wear.
· The guarantee does not cover pushchair accessories including bottle bags, cosy toes, foot muffs, pushchair liners, changing bags, rain covers, canopies, mosquito nets, parasols, head huggers, and neck supports.
· Moving parts should be maintained on a regular basis and a lubricant such as silicone spray should be applied to keep necessary parts running smoothly.
· Fabric accessories may fade at different rates especially when not being used together
· if the product is found to be defective within the definition detailed above, iliketosell ltd shall, at its discretion, repair the product, or at iliketosell’s discretion, provide new goods to repair the fault or replace the product with the same or similar model to the same specification, this shall be at iliketosell’s sole obligation
· any repair work undertaken will be approved by the manufacturer
· if a claim is made under this guarantee/warranty and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, iliketosell ltd reserves the right to charge the customer a £29.25 fee to cover the engineers time and couriers costs or replacement parts supplied.
· Loan buggies are unavailable.
